Sky saying i have to upgrade to watch when i have the package already

Watching House of the Dragon. Season 1 Episode 6 out of nowhere says I have to upgrade to watch it. I have all TV packages, so i have nothing to upgrade. Always have issues with Sky TV after 11pm. So frustrating.
