Hi,
I keep on getting text messages to send my sky q and mini box back, I sent it back on the 16th of december
and I have proof of postage with tracking details.
I did contact sky on the 1st of January as I had a text message then, they said I should not get any more text messages as I had tracking details.
hope you are able to help me
this is my first post on this site
many thanks

@Pete220Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other but I have escalated this to sky
You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
The link below explains how the escalation process works

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema

Thank you,
this appears to be an ongoing issue when people have already posted it back.

Re: Sky returns sent back
Hi spoke via chat bubble yesterday with a sky advisor and they said no charges will be put on account, so let's hope that is the end of the matter.
thanks
