Last night's outage seems to have been fixed. But last night we didn't know it was a global issue and so tried resetting the SkyQ box, which didn't work or course. But now we've found that the TV is working, but our Sky remote won't change the volume. I've tried the press 1&3 on the remote while pointing it at the Q box and followed the online instructions, but it's not working. I put in the TV make (Samsung) and model number & it says to try the volume to see if it works, but all it does is show the + sign flashing a bit but we still can't hear anything. We have a Sonos soundbar which Sky doesn't seem to like, but it was working just fine yesterday until the outage. Any suggestions please folks?
