Internet connection
Sky Q box is receiving Satellite signal but won't connect to my router. I've tried rebooting the box and redoing the connection, manually inputting password but the box won't connect. The BT broadband speed is optimal, other connected devices having no connectivity problems . Sky mini box won't work either.
Anyone else got the same problem or any solution

Q will only connect to 3rd party broadband on 2.4GHz.
Best to split SSID's to prevent any steering.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
