Sky remote returned but not registered on system.

Why does sky keep asking me to return my remote control even though i already have.

Hi @Rebekah88   That's strange, as Sky don't normally care about the return of remote controls.

Are you sure it isn't your Sky Q box that they want returned, either way do you still have the proof of posting receipt ?
