Hi, I've looked at so many posts but none have been able to solve my issue. The sky chat bot has been useless, and the app no help whatsoever, the customers services number keeps sending me to the sky app.
so finally I'm here... 2 days ago my tv came up with a strange message and said there was no broadband connection and the remote didn't work it's almost like the sky box reset itself, wiped all recordings e.t.c I have had to reconfigure everything.
now my Sky remote is not able to control my tv volume. It could do it before but now my model number is not listed on the Sky list nor is it able to work when Sky uses the 23 options it has.
I don't want to use two controls and I'm super annoyed at Sky because they make it so hard to just speak to someone. I have typed in over 10 codes that I've seen in the forums but still nothing.
tv model is a Panasonic 75PUS7354
Any help would be much appriciated

Sir, you are a genius!
I have spent ages going through so many and it drove me crazy.
I chose vestel and the code 1613 worked.
I typed it here for anyone else that has a Panasonic tv.
if someone at Sky is reading this please please add it to the Panasonic list of codes.

If you have tried all Panasonic options in the remote setup, then you could try Other brands
