Sky red button content not working

Hi

I'm relatively new to Sky Q having only upgraded from Sky + a couple of weeks ago. 

The Sky red button content is not loading. I get the message "Sorry, this app is currently unavailable. Please try again later." 

BBC red button content is working. 

I've rebooted the box and also performed a software download, but to no avail.

Any ideas, please?

Ok this randomly seems to have fixed itself. The Sky+ light on my Sky hub is now illuminated and the red button works. Previously it wasn't, and it didn't...

I had presumed that light was obsolete now I've migrated to Sky Q. Any ideas why it might have been off, and how to fix if this reoccurs?

@Steve.oldham what sky router do you have as if you have sky Q you should have been given a new Sky Q hub (er110/er115) at least

@Steve.oldham that ridiculous then Sky should have sent out the newer Er110/115 as they act as part of the sky mesh. Next time you speak to Sky i'd mention it and see if they will send out the newer router the down side of the ER110/115 is it only has 2 ethernet ports on the back but the even newer broadband hub (sr203) has 4 ethernet 4 ports
