Keep getting tecnical issues plus when connected the mini box keeps on losing connection to the main

If you're not using Sky Broadband, your mini can only connect to the main Q box or a Sky Q booster via WiFi.

To try resolving connectivity issues, attempt a Network Reset on the mini by following these steps:

1. Navigate to mini Home > Settings > Setup > Network.
2. Highlight Status and select Reset on the right-hand side.
3. Follow the instructions to initiate WPS with the main Q box. Press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini) as the Network reset will automatically start the mini WPS.

If you're using Sky Broadband and the router is closer to the mini than the main box, you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box. Ensure to press the Sky router WPS button, not the router reset button.

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, you may require a Sky Q WiFi Booster positioned midway between your main Q box and the mini. In such a case, contact Sky directly for assistance.
