@JoJoAdams your viewing card is normally sent by royal mail and should arrive a day or so before your engineers visit to install Sky Q engineers can carry spare viewing cards 

Note if you have previously been a Q customer and Sky have sent a self install box they excpect that you have kept the old card if this is the case get back to us and we can escalate this to Sky
