Sky q time not changed to match BST

My Sky Q box system clock has not changed to match BST so is now 1  hour behind i.e it's 6.30 real time but the Sky Q time is showing 5.30 and the TV guide is an hour behind. I can't find anywhere in the menus to reste the clock to the right time.
