Paramount + tried to activate for two years

I have tried for two years to activate paramount + keeps saying sorry we cannot do this at the moment I have been put through to three different departments today cut off twice been on the phone for nearly an hour I am seriously thinking of cancelling my sky which I've had for 27 years and pay through the nose for ' there is no actual support
