Mine Sky Q was turning off every 20 mins I managed to fix it but charging the standby from Eco to none been running properly since.

Same here in Colchester although can watch on iPad via Skygo. I do not have Sky internet

I did that too but 20 mins later it crashed again.

I've left it unplugged for the night, I'm sure any updates that apply or rollback will apply soon as I turn it on in the morning.

Absolutely mental though this, can imagine so many people won't be happy in the morning and Good luck/Pray to any Admin/Sky Reps in the morning, you've got your work cut out

Did you find a solution? My main box is doing the same. Keeps turning off but the light stays green and I have to unplug and reboot every 20 minutes or so. I have done a software update, reset in hidden menu, checked cables and power lead, tried changing HDMI port on TV. Nothing has worked

skyq just keeps turning off. Tried all the usual unplugging resetting etc etc. red light comes on and nothing happening. Blue Q light goes off and red light appears
