Sky Q box keeps switching itself off?

Mine keeps turning itself off this evening. Just goes to the No Signal screen, then nothing happens, won't react to the remote, have done the Reset. Only thing that works is turning off at the socket. I'm watching something, then when I go back it 'continues' from a point I'd seen a while ago, not where it cut out.

Any thoughs or advice?

Watching tv or recordings sky goes off says select source. Can't turn sky box off or do anything. Have turned plug off and reset 3 times after about 15 mins goes off again WHY

Same here in Portsmouth - if reset sky q box works for about 10 or 15 mins and then switches off

I cant get hold of sky live  hat with a agent when I go to sign in page its blank

We're having the same. It keeps crashing whilst watching a netflix series. We've had to reboot 3 times

Yup. We thought our box needed replacing until reading this. Definitely something with Sky.

No sky TV sky q box keeps turning itself off and freezing as it won't power down or up have lost count of how many times gave rebooted it my sky app not working either

Amen to that. Definitely something untoward going on, for everything to be down at the same time, tv service and app, plus the website struggling too.
