Sky App and TV not working

This happened to me earlier. Said needed a software update which it did. Now every 20minutes screen goes black then no source. Have to unplug and start again for Sky to work for it all to happen again in 20 minutes time. 4 times this cycle has happened. Fed up

Mines the same, I've unplugged everything reset changed batteries used different remotes and no response from any (I've still nothing) 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mine has switched off 3 times in the last 2 hours. Switched off at wall, left for 30 secs, turned back on and each time is back working........waiting for it to happen again!!

Yes, sky q keeps switches off

Whilst watching recordings the sky Q box switches off and has to be unplugged and rebooted to work again, the Q sign is red with a blue ring around it

Sky box keeps switching off. We switched off at wall and reset. Happening every 10-15 minutes. Thought it was our box until I found these comments. We are in Inverness.

Sky q going off and getting black screen. I then have to turn it off then it comes back on.

Sky Q box keeps crashing every 5-10 mins. Reboot. Same things happens. Tried turning off Standby mode. Made no difference.

Hi, today my Q box switched itself off , but the green light remained on. The remote then does not work and the only way is to unplug and reset. All is fine, then It repeats , 10 mins or so later. I have done a basic reset (not full or factory as that is the nuclear option).

any ideas please?. When it switches off, the remote no longer works and will only work with a power reset.

Why is sky Q buffering and can't get it to work? Keeps losing signal and I have read others having same problem this evening. Cut off three times. Then again while watching a recording! Green light in the box but not responding. I've switched off at the wall twice now! No better
