Im having the same issue. Watching something and picture goes black and box freezes. Have to pull the plug & reboot. Happened 3 times in last hour. Hoping software issue that can be fixed.

There's a universal problem right now with sky

Exactly the same here in Milton Keynes goes off about every 20-30 mins

Same here for us. Have unplugged, restarted, updated, reactivated - the works and every 5-10 mins it cuts out and says not connected!!

q box keeps failing. power off wait 30 seconds reconnect power. it then fails again. 4 times in 2 hours

I'm having issues tonight as well.  Trying to watch a recording and the screen goes black, the blue circle still spinning but the box doesn't respond. Turn power off and on but within 20 mins it happens again. 3 times now in last hour. Really fustrating

Sky keeps turning off, I have to keep switching it back off at the plug for it to work only for about 5 minutes... why is there a problem with SKY I checked network etc says connection is good?

Can currently hear my neighbour yelling down the phone presumably to Sky because his tv is showing no signal.

Is there an issue with sky tv?  As of 22:42 the screen states there is a connectivity problem.

Exact same with mine this evening, kept rebooting only for it to keep happening! Giving up now for the evening.. hopefully it sorts itself out cos there's no way I'm calling them.
