Sky App and TV not working

Not just sky app, but lost all signal to sky box. Really annoying watching live sport.

Turnes off at plug and came back on, but had to repeat 10 minutes later.

Also had full fibre installed recently and no where near the guaranteed speed and only in next room to router. Platinum member of 17 years, really disappointing recenly sky.  Would be nice to reach out to your customers and offer acknowledgement/apology. Too much outsourcing of products/lines of business to make more revenue?

Every so often the screen goes blank and cannot do anything, can;t even turn off, have to unplug the Sky Q box and reset then the screen comes back on until the next time, this happens 2 or 3 times an evening. I've tried turning everything off and restarting but still the same.

Same in east london. Screen went blank box not responding, power light still green

Taking bets that Sky were the next target for the hackers 😂 annoyingly I was watching the darts and the box went off twice as well! By the time I rebooted I'd missed a few legs 🙄 

How weird we're all getting the same issue!

MIne too. Twice and no response from the remote and had to switch it off and unplug twice. Sky on my mobile not loading either.

Same problem here. I've switched power off twice tonight, and restarted the Q box.  Just waiting for it to happen again. 

Really don't want to do a hard reset, as I have lots to watch on the Q box.

Wr are having the same issues checked broadband and all ok so don't know what is going on

Same issue with box and app. Needed the power turning off and on again to resolve issue

Guys mine went blank around 2115hr

finally rebooted (after unplugging Qbox) started up very laggy but did come on all apps working fine for now.
