Hope us loyal customers receive some form of compensation. Sky is very quick to hike prices and refuse to match offers for new customers when it's time to renew contract.

Ours hasgone off twice in the last 20 minutes while I was watching a recording. I had to reboot the system. Currently watching ordinary tv.

This has happened twice here in Birmingham, around 9:45pm and 10:05pm. Awaiting a third time - possibly quick power surges in the network, maybe? Seems odd that a reboot will cure it for 15-20 minutes.

Mine says No Signal but the box is on in green but unresponsive

Same has happened to ours.  Box pulses blue and telly goes off.  Have to turn everything off at plug.  Given up now.

Mine keeps locking up. Had to turn power off wait and on again. Came on then went off again 5 minutes later

Got kicked out of Sky box twice since 21:45. Rebooted ok on both occasions.

What's going down ?

1st time was around 21:30, second at 21:59. Sky Service Checker and Chatbot also not working for me.
