In case you’re not aware this is a forum where Sky customers try to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.
If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).
