@Ahmed+Moloud  In what way is it not working, can you provide more details?  What messages do you get when using Sky Q?

 

You also posted this in the Sky Glass forum, if you have Sky Q then you don't also need to post in other parts of the forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
