My Samsung screen keeps displaying "disabling any et+device" message and jumping from HDM2 to chann

My Samsung tv displays the following message "disconnecting Anytime+ device" then jumps from HDM2 to channel 0 to HDM3 then off. 
we have soft rebooted. Unplugged the router, TV, Q Box etc.

@Daffers1932 thats more than likely a TV problem anytime+ is samsungs name for CEC  on a LG TV they call it Simplink and Sony call it something different you could try going into settings on your Q box and turning it off in settings > audio visual > HDMI control and see it it helps if not then try your TV settings
