Sky q power supply

Hi I ordered a new sky q box as my old one had a hdd fault.  DPD delivered it today and took the old one today, however they did a part for part swap so I gave them the remote and the box assuming the power lead was the same.  When I came to connect up it became clear that the new sky q boxes have a different connection.  I've since found out that this I because they now have a separate transformer.  Because the DPD guy put my old stuff in the new box and took it away I now don't have a power supply .  Does anyone know how I can get one?  I've tried contacting sky but this is as for as I've managed to get so far!

@indy0804 I have escalated this to sky but it is probably going to be tomorrow at the earliest that Sky may pick up the escalation. You will need to speak to Sky to arrange either a power supply or another box to be sent to you.

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

The link below explains how the escalation process works

Re: Sky q power supply

@indy0804Unfortunately you have been given a V2 box which is the only one with an external power unit, Sky do not seem to supply parts and will need to change the box again. Hopefully they will supply the latest box however they should replace like with like. I don't know which version you had before.

Try this link to find out which box you have, when you get another replacement.

Sorry can't see chat invite.  Made sure my IP wasn't hidden.  Any chance we can do via email.
