Sky q power requirements
Ok, here's a question..
I have an EV with Vehicle 2 Load - you can draw power from the car during a power cut.
i tested this a few weeks ago, with a cable running from the car to the sky q box and the tv...worked perfectly!
Power cut last night and I duly connected the cable to the car.
while the tv would work, the Sky box wasn't communicating- the lights were on but tv said "weak signal".
obviously there was no internet connection but that's not normally a problem.
is power required for something else?
thanks

That sounds like the TV input was on aerial rather than HDMI.

Re: Sky q power requirements
Yeah never seen that message related to a Sky box. Assuming that's an Ioniq 5/6 or a Kia EV6, I think they provide about 3kW happily so plenty for a Sky box and TV.
