For SKY Q 4K HDR you only need an HDMI 2.0 - 50hz for SKY Q - not sure if you might need 60Hz for some of the apps - you don't need to use an HDMI 2.1 port (120Hz)
If not using 4K then any HDMI will work
Edit : I think some HDMI 2.0 ports can actually support 120Hz but do not think all do - as I mention above 120Hz is not needed for SKY
