Hi....after turning the power on for my main sky q , it states that screen will go blank and then press the home button, but after few seconds it comes up with a message mode not supported
I've tried different hdmi, didn't make any difference, when I tried my mini sky q with exactly the same equipment it worked fine....please someone help, what do I need to do
