My sky q TV isn't working properly.
I can't access my recordings, I can't pause the TV, my second TV isn't working at all. My YouTube etc isn't working on my main TV
It says there is a hard disk error

Sky will almost certainly need to swap out the hardware: remember to remove the viewing card before handing the old box over.

If the hard drive is borked then they've already gone.
You could try a full power off / power on and then ascending reset options in turn, but I wouldn't hold out much hope.

I have restarted and powered off twice to no effect, Ideally Sky would answer the phone and say what they will do
