Defective equipment

Main remote control play pause forward and rewind not working, also an additional box won't work (it hasn't been used for a few months) also when does my deal run out ?

@Sharpo7 for your remote problem

Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.

for your mini box problem tryrebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini box

Hi @Sharpo7 

 

If you look at your subscriptions (Change products) in the My Sky App or Website, the Contract end date is clearly shown against each subscription currently with a discount.
