Sky q not working at all

I need a sky engineer. I have tried the usual rebooting tv and sky box also the wi fi router

@MarilynHiggins You cannot request an engineer via the forum, we are just fellow customers here offering help and advice, you will have to call Sky to request an engineer visit.

@MarilynHiggins  Have you followed the steps here?  You should be able to book an engineer when you get to the end, please be aware you're not going to get an engineer until the new year at the earliest.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
