Sky q not seeing router over ethernet connection

I recently swapped from sky broadband to trooli. Since then I've had to re-enter the password numerous times as it keeps losing connection over WiFi. I've now connected by ethernet cable but every time I choose non sky router and choose reset it tells me I have a connection but it is still showing up as my old sky router. How do I get it to see my new Trooli router?

Hi @johnava 

If your Q box is connected and working I would forget the Sky SSID shown in the Q box network settings as this invariably relates to the Sky Q mesh generated by Sky Devices.
