Changed provider now failed network problem even with it hard wired

Hi guys,

 

changed provider to hey broadband won't stay connected via WiFi had sky out and apparently there equipment doesn't connect and aware of issues with others even though I separated the 2.4 and 5ghz. Disconnects after a few minutes and I have to reconnect entering the password up to 10 times a day. 

engineer says it needs to be hard wired to work, I have a media wall so had to make holes and run wire from hall to living room done all that and now just getting failed network problem won't download anything. May start but then fails. 
status says 2 ticks so I'm all connected.
