I am unable to download anything the programme / film just ques and when you look in the downloads it says paused but you cannot unpause downloads. I've tried resetting the box updated software but still no change

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Mm999 I would try rebooting your broadband router to refresh its DNS, power reboot the Sky Q Main box and tidy up any queued downloads by deleting them, and then delete them from the deleted section.

I've done all of the suggested and I'm still having the same problem. My deleted box has nothing going into it as well.

I'm also having the same problem and can't fix it. Been on the phone tonight but on hold for nearly 40mins and gave up.

I managed to sort mine I did yet another software update after doing one tge day I put this up and it started working so it must have been a bug

Funny enough I was having problems with my skyQ box and an engineer came out. He did a software update and it's not been right since that. I might try and do the update again. Thanks for the hint.
