Sky q mini

My sky q booster has stopped working so I can't watch my mini. I have followed all online instructions to no avail. Have reset my main box and router. I have reset my booster the power light is the only light on when I try pressing wps button it doesn't flash even when I bring it closer to main hub. My internet provider is virgin and I have internet connection
