Sky q mini setup

I got a new sky q mini box yesterday and have been trying to set it up since then. I got through the first few stages ok but it has been stuck on the stage in the picture for hours. I don't know what to do from here so any advise would be great.

Just to confirm, Sky sent you the mini box and you have a multiroom subscription?

Yes the box came from sky and I have the multi room subscription
