Lost my sky on my midie box in bedroom how can I get it back on

Moved my sky midi q box to other bedroom and lost connection to sky  can't find vhannels

Did you move it further away from the main Q box?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Are you on sky BB? If not the mini needs to be in direct wifi reach of the Q (or another mini or a Sky Q booster)
