Sky q mini return

I set back my sky q mini a few weeks back and received an email on the 21st, from sky stating the package was with our courier.

Now I'm receiving emails saying they haven't received and I will be getting charged.

After getting the first email I threw away the receipt from Royal Mail.

Whoops.

 

You'll have to try and convince Sky without proof of posting...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch.

As @PandJ2020 indicates, no longer having the receipt does make it trickier.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Although I have not used the chat  that you have been invited to, I am sure there is a way to send a copy there or otherwise discuss with the SKY team
