Sky q remote control

The sky a remote won't work with the sky box behind the tv in a media wall.The volume would work but I can't change the channels unless I pull the tv out.It doesn't make sense because it did work until we had to disconnect everything to paint behind there.

Hi @Blondie53   You have lost the Bluetooth pairing. You need to pair your remote again (hold down 1 & 3) with the Sky Q box in sight and follow the screen instructions.
