Sky q mini box

My sky q mini box doesn't switch on when I do get on by pressing button on front of box.it will not respond to anything from remote, changed batteries etc followed help pages. Now it's telling me they will send anew sky q box. Don't seem to get through to them it's the sky mini box that's the problem help.
