Sky mimi box not connecting

When installed at first it work ok. Then it's stopped working. It's connected to the Wi-Fi but not the sky q box

@Archie1208 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot the mini box 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Yes I've tried everything. Full reboot turned the main sky q box off for over 30 seconds. Rebooted the Wi-Fi, reset the sky mini box. I've literally exhausted everything

Can someone please advice me as this is a brand new mini box which isn't working. I have looked up what to do and followed the instructions several times. Rebooted everything several times including Wi-Fi and both main sky q box and mini box. Still not working. I feel it will require a technical engineer to resolve the situation.

Hi @Archie1208 

Then you need to contact Sky directly for an Engineer visit.
