Hi everyone.
i hope someone can help.
for some reason, most nights around 9pm, my mini box looses internet connection. Even though the internet is fine and i have boosters, this issues stops me watching tv on the mini box without resetting my router and sky q boz (which works fine all the time).
This problem only started when i switched to Trooli internet which is fast and superb.
The software is up to date and the same on both boxes.
has anyone else had this and found a solution? it was so good for so long, but has started the last week or so again.
Thanks

Hi @David1821 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

Hi quoman7
Thanks for the reply. Yes I do do this, but it only fixes it for that day and not for longer. Any other tips?
thanks

Hi,
We're having this problem too!
The only way to resolve is to reboot all the boxes.
They are all wired in too, rather than using the wireless.
