Sky q mini box goes blank when paused

Cannot pause or rewind live tv on mini box, as soon as attempted the screen goes blank (black)

@Zinn Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

rebooting your mini box


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@Laing1  That worked a treat.  I had tried to reset just the mini box but hadn't tried doing both in succession.
