Well here's a dilemma....
I got a message saying I was offered 4 weeks free Sky cinema with Sky VIP.
unfortunately no one knew about it or could apply it, although after several calls and long wait queues I finally got a lovely lady who did a work around.
sadly the excitement was marred by discovering I had all my other HD and Ultra HD packages cancelled.
Not a happy customer now as no one can do anything about it even though it was no fault of mine .....sadly gone are the days of pleasing the customer, especially after they made the mistake. Contract ends in November so after 17 plus years maybe time to move on ....
