Sky q mini box freezing

Please help my sky q mini box keeps freezing been happening for about a week now and EVERYTHING we watch freezes multiple time .  We have tried rebooting the box and tired linking it the main box. We have a sky booster for the WiFi which is still showing 3 green light.  Trying to contact sky is near on impossible.  Someone please help
