Hi I have a main sky Q box and a mini box. I have recently changed my BT hub and have reconnected both boxes to the new hub. The main box is fine but the mini box works when I initially reset the network on it but still says it's not connected to the sky q box. When it goes into standby mode overnight the next morning it just says not connected to the sky q box and I have to reset it all over again.
When it asks me to press WPS on sky box is this referring to my main black sky q box or the white booster I have ?

Thank you so much for your advice. It turned out that the booster had disconnected from the main sky q box so the mini box couldn't connect . All sorted now 😀

Either work, try both see which one performs better.
When it goes into standby mode overnight the next morning it just says not connected to the sky q box and I have to reset it all over again.
Have you changed the Sky Q main box and the minis standby mode from eco to active ? You can do it by going to Home > Settings > Setup > Preferences > Standby mode. Change it to active to stop it going into low power mode as Sky Q Mini doesn't play nice with 3rd party internet service providers, especially when standby mode is in eco mode, I've seen reports of it not waking up etc.

@TannyJ which ever is the closest to your mini box if thats the white booster then connect it to that and the white booster should be connected to your main box
