Sky q games

Does anyone know how to make the games on sky q bigger on the screen they are to small for me to see even with my glasses on its ridiculous. I cannot increase the resolution because I do not have uhd. Thanks.

1080p hd I  it does go up to 2160 uhd but i do not have uhd

It should scale to full screen at any res, I'd have thought. The games certainly aren't rendered at 4k
