Sky q equipment

Hi u keep sending me message about returning sky q equipment I took it to the Royal Mail office on Monday so should be with u in next few days

We’re customers here as this is a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services. If you only sent it Monday it won't have been processed yet. It's taking a couple of weeks to be processed. Keep your proof of posting safe.

Didn't get a receipt but ok cool if there's any way u could let whoever know that it's on its way ?

if you haven't kept it and you get charged non return fees then any cancellation of them will be at Skys discretion

as stated, we are customers here. The equipment goes to a Unipart warehouse.
