Sky q box stuck at step 1

Sky q box stuck at step 1 of 4 have tried numerous times hard rest ect nothing checked batteries ect all good help before it goes out window.

I am having exactly the same issue.

My remote is not allowing me to press the button on step 1 of 4 to re-set the box, but the remote works for volume up and down etc

Sounds lile it's synced to the TV still but not the sky box.
