unable to connect Sky Q to new broadband
have read through other posts and followed the steps.
when i go to connect to Sky Broadband Wi-Fi i dont get the chance to press the WPS on router, just get an error message straightaway saying i may need to cennect a booster ( the Q box is about 5 feet away from the router. the broadbacd came online in our house about 30 mins ago and all other devices are working fine on the wifi. it works if I plug an ethernet cable in but cant have one across the floor.
any ideas please welcomed
