Sky q box order
Hi I have been having issues with my sky q box and after 2 phone calls I was told a new box would be ordered for me but I have not received this box or had confirmation that a box is been sent to me can you confirm if the order has been placed?

does anything show on the link below, if it doesn't you will need to contact sky directly again to chase
