Sky q box not working
My sky q box the main one keeps loosing connection you turn on TV box is on green light showing but TV says no signal reset box by turning power on and off and it works fine until later on and it goes off again what is causing this thanks

Thanks for the pics which make it clear.
It's a problem with the HDMI handshake with the TV. When it's in this state, the box hasn't crashed, it's awake and out of standby. You can try unplugging the HDMI cable boths ends and reinserting, that will normally force another hand-shake and give you a picture.
Rebooting the box by power-cycling it does work as you've found, but takes much longer, and is a "sledgehammer to crack a nut" approach.
To work around this problem, next time don't use the remote control when you bring the box out of standby. Instead, press the button on the front panel itself (the button that has the amber light in it). That normally works - might need a few tries. More info on that above linked thread.
