Sky q box not found on network

My sky q mini box is not connecting, I have reset the main box, the booster and the mini box but it will not connect, I have followed all online instructions and it is still not found. Can someone help?

I have the same problem after having to unplug and reconnect my sky q box due to decorating. It's not connected to the TV but presume it doesn't have to be to be found on the network so my mini box can be used in another room?

@KMH you are correct it doesn't have to be connected to your TV it does however need to have the satelitte cables connected to it and if its not working you will need to attach a TV to it to see if there are any error messages

 

when you switch the box on does it come on to a green light ?

Despite resetting my Sky Q box multiple times it's not being recognised by the network. Phones sky they pointed me here and I can see other people have had similar. Can someone from Sky contact me please!!!
