Hi, I have plusnet broadband and never had any problems until a few days ago where I intermittently lost connection and then lost it altogether. My laptop and phone still have connection. I have an Ethernet cable connected. I've trying unplugging everything, resetting, nothing works. I ordered a new cable but have the same problem with the new one. Now its not even trying to connect to my plusnet account it says no ssid and then momentarily connects to a sky connection. I called but was on hold for ages and my call wasn't answered by 9pm so I got cut off. I'm so frustrated!!!

Did you carry out a Network reset on your q box with the Ethernet lead to your router connected?
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect wired to your router.

Yes I've tried network reset both ethernet and wps. If I do wps it connects to a sky network then seems to connect briefly to mine but then immediately drops connection.
